Prior to working in the medical industry, Ben earned his Bachelors degree in Telecommunications and a Masters in Education from Ball State University.
Ben has a wife, Kortney, who handles a lot of the graphic design and marketing for the company. Ben and Kortney are parents to their 5-year-old son, Nolan, their 2-year-old daughter, Josie and they just welcomed a new baby girl named Fiona.

Collin reviews the unique information about each customer’s home and their situation. He then determines neighborhood rent rates, comparable sales, and repair estimates. He uses this information to determine preliminary offers and presents that information to Ben for review.
He also occasionally meets the sellers at their property to evaluate the condition of the house, verify previously discussed information, and present offers.
In Collin’s spare time, he enjoys coaching high school football at Wes-Del High School located near Muncie, IN. Collin enjoys all things football-related.
Collin grew up in East Central Indiana and is a graduate of Ball State University. Collin has a Bachelors degree in Residential Property Management with a Minor in Finance and another Minor in Real Estate Development.

Owner, Marketing & Administrative Assistant
Kortney handles a lot of the graphic design and visual marketing for Ben Buys Indy Houses. She also helps Ben with some of the day-to-day administrative responsibilities that come with operating the company.
Kortney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts Management from Ball State University and has over 12 years of creative graphic design and print experience.
Kortney is also Ben’s wife. They have a 5-year old son named Nolan, a 2-year old daughter named Josie and a newborn baby girl named Fiona.
In her spare time Kortney keeps busy with their children, but she also enjoys spending time with friends and family, being crafty and traveling.
