Q: Can you really buy my house in just one week?
A: If you provide us with all the information we need during the initial phone call, all the paperwork is completed promptly, you have clear title, and there are no problems, we can often complete the purchase of a property in seven days. However, to get the highest and best offer for your property, we typically take two to three weeks so we can complete our due diligence.
Q: If I have a mortgage, does it get paid off at closing?
A: All Liens and mortgages get paid off when you sell the house, any remaining balance goes to you after closing.
Q: What if my house is in foreclosure?
A: If the home is going through the foreclosure process, then time is of the essence and we need to move quickly. Banks would prefer to not have to foreclose and, for that reason, we can sometimes negotiate with the bank to delay the foreclosure to allow us more time to purchase the home.
